The Recumbent is good in many ways once you’ve mastered it. It's excellent for long journeys as it is more comfortable than a Normal bike because of its unique riding position, you don’t get Sore wrists or strains on your back and of course saddle sore. It is also easy to ride in windy conditions, as it is more aerodynamic because you are laid flat unlike the normal bike in an upright position. If you want to make it more aerodynamic you have the option of adding a fairing or a full body shell. There are many to choose from; all sorts of different varieties: long, short, Low, two, three and four wheeled.. the choice is endless.
