Note: Orders usually ship one business day after being placed.

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. If you choose to wait for the backordered items, the entire order will be held until it is complete and ready to be shipped.You may elect to cancel the back ordered portion by emailing us and we will immediately ship the rest of your order.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back prepaid. Ship returns via Ground UPS, FedEx or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). All merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Returns over $50 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.
All new bicycle sales are final after 5 days. No returns/refunds without receipt. Any modifications whatsoever made to new bicycles will result in store credit only and a restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price. Beyond the 5 day return policy, no refunds will be issued except in store credit. No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days of purchase. Special order bikes are non-refundable. No exceptions. Used bike sales are final. Electrical repair parts are non-returnable, we will exchang bad parts for like parts only. 20% restocking fee for parts/accessories not returned in original condition and/or packaging.
All consignment bike owners are issued a numbered claim tag that is used for reimbursement & tracking of the item left for sale.
It is the responsibility of the customer to keep this tag in order to be paid for any items sold.
It is also the responsibilty of the customer to follow up the status of their item.
NO CLAIM TAG, NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE. IF TAG IS LOST, CUSTOMER FORFEITS ITEM AND/OR PAYMENT.
